As a Student Government organization, UF Model UN travels throughout the country and competes at conferences where we simulate and debate international issues as if they were actual United Nations sessions. We also do a great deal of work raising awareness locally with various events and fundraisers, as well as promoting and building Model UN programs in high schools by hosting a high school MUN conference called GatorMUN. Over the past few years, the UF MUN team has grown to be very active on campus and on the national MUN circuit. The team is ranked both competitively and for the conferences put on by the organization each year. Check out our Awards page as well as our two conferences: GatorMUN and FLCS. Our weekly meetings are held in Fall and Spring semesters at 8:20 P.M. every Tuesday evening. Fall 2013 meeting locations have yet to be determined.
